½ c raw cashews, soaked in water overnight and drained 1 clove garlic ¼ c olive oil 1 T lemon juice 1 tsp Dijon mustard ½ tsp sea salt 1/8 tsp dry mustard ½ tsp black pepper 1 tsp onion powder 2 T fresh parsley 2 T fresh basil 1 T fresh thyme 1 T fresh rosemary 1 ½ tsp fresh oregano Blend all in blender or food processor, adding water as needed for desired consistency.
